Company
Overview
Travel Logics was founded in January 2003 to help corporations,
travel technology providers, and travel management firms make
the most of their travel technology investment. Travel Logics
believes that technology will always need to be driven by the
key components that create it: people, process, and program in
order to provide maximum efficiency and value. One can see that
this is true when looking at some of the needs that currently
exist:
·
The industry average for online booking tool usage amongst the
traveler base, has increased just 5% per year, over the past three
years, and is currently only at 16%.
· Travel data that was once centralized is now located
on disparate systems.
· Travel management firms are finding it increasingly difficult
to fully support all of the technology that continues to emerge.
· Corporations are becoming more confused with the increasing
options and the fact that no single global end-to-end automated
travel and expense technology solution exists.
· Travel technology providers struggle with the vicious
and costly cycle of determining whether constant new functionality
demands are a passing fad or a permanent value added industry
fixture. The cycle renews itself every time first to market functionality
is released.
Travel Logics
has broad-based competencies in product development, IT, project
management, strategic business planning, operations, marketing,
and sales.
Travel Logics has demonstrated
proven ability to drive and sustain corporate revenues. We assist

so that our clients can be assured that the "big picture"
is taken into account at all times, no matter the size or main
focus of the project. Travel Logics experience with technology
spans every area, from product development through deployment
and beyond.

Ronda L. Beeter
Ronda Beeter is a ten-year travel industry veteran with
extensive knowledge in the technology found within corporate
travel programs, including: online booking tools, four
global distribution systems, expense management, reporting,

Ronda’s
experience with online solutions spans over six years and began
with being contracted by Oracle, through Rosenbluth International,
as lead for Oracle’s online program. When Oracle acquired
e-Travel, Inc., Ronda was involved with every aspect of the program,
including: product development, implementation and operation of

28.6% increase in product usage within a two week period, and
the creation and deployment of a mandate plan that resulted in
94% adoption of the product by week three and over 2 million in
direct savings for Oracle in year one.
Upon completion of the Oracle
project, Ronda held dual positions as the Program Manager and
Product Manager responsible for global online solutions at Rosenbluth
International.
Ronda later held the position
of Manager, Account Development at Galileo owned Highwire, Inc.
Ronda managed
strategic partnerships, directed market research, and worked with
the product management group to determine the company’s
technology and opportunities.
With a passion for e-business
and helping corporations, technology providers, and travel management
firms achieve the fullest potential on their travel technology
investments, Ronda began consulting in late 2002 and founded Travel
